Slipping the ring on my finger, I looked up at him. “I am crazy to be so in love with you but it is out of my control now! I want to be with you. Will you please wait for me so we can plan our life together? I will wait until you’re ready!” Looking away from his burning eyes, I felt the tears swelling up in mine. Taking my face into his hands he told me not to cry and pulled me into his arms. “My Little Girl, I would marry you today, if you’d let me. Give me your heart.” he whispered in my ear. Sitting up, he wiped my face gently. “Give me your hand.” he gently asked again. This time, kissing the ring on my finger, he asked me to promise. Looking into his eyes, I said, “I promise!” Grabbing me so suddenly, I fell

against him and we both fell of the chair and end up on the floor laughing!

Looking at how happy he was I could't believe our craziness and I knew
we had to wait but we were ‘ridiculous’ with each other. I don’t think
anyone was going to convince him otherwise either since he had made up his mind even though, it meant he had to wait for me.
